Board of Directors

The Academy is governed by a board of directors. The board has fiscal and operational responsibility for the school. Members attend quarterly meetings, oversee fundraising, marketing and academic committees, evaluate ASA program outcomes, oversee budget development, and ensure audits are conducted in a timely manner. The board carries out its responsibilities in strict adherence to the ASA mission, the organization bylaws and the laws of the state of Illinois.
